1938 Buick Business Coupe
VIN: 133I7624
The current owner has enjoyed this business Coupe for roughly 5-6 years. He's only taken it to a couple car shows and has won them both. He also states the original owner was from Connecticut.
The car underwent a complete repaint back to the original color in 2005. Complete new Interior by Cliff Ave Upholstery in Sioux Falls last year. The Interior hardware is all original. New "used" Steering Wheel that looks to be Mother of Pearl.
The Master Cylinder was rebuilt. New Brake pads, and all the leaks were fixed says the Owner. New Battery and all the Gauges work except the Odometer. The Tires are replicas of the original and have less than 500 miles on them. Original hubcaps are present. All the metal parts on the car are original and be sure to check out the Builders Crest that is on the front of the hood.
You'll notice there isn't a key lock on the driver's door, it's on the passenger door, because any good gentleman would open the door for his lady, then she'd slide over and unlock his door. Therefore no lock was needed on the drivers door.
The Car has been consigned to the Sioux Falls Classic Car Auction hosted by the Classic Car Auction Group. The auction is Saturday, August 1st, 2026, with live and online bidding.
