The fuel system has been gone through to support the swap, with a new neoprene gas tank, a heavy-duty fuel pump, and new stainless steel fuel lines feeding the engine. Spent gases exit through a 2.5-inch dual exhaust. Power reaches the ground through hardened axles running 4.11 gears front and rear with positraction, a combination that puts the torque down at both axles and keeps the gearing well matched to the larger tires.
Underneath, the Jeep rolls on 15-inch wheels wrapped in new 33-inch Falken Wildpeak tires, with a full-size spare carried along. New heavy-duty shocks handle the suspension, and a 9,000-pound Badland winch is mounted up front for recovery and trail work. Braking is handled by front discs and rear drums. Inside, the cabin has been updated with new seats and includes a tilt steering wheel for added comfort behind the wheel.
