This 1951 3-window Chevy 3100 pickup truck is sitting on an S-10 chassis, which means modern steering, suspension, and brakes all wrapped in the 1947-1953 body that is so desirable. The cab is painted a gorgeous Bright Blue which is paired with Black fenders and American Racing Torque Thrust wheels, for a modern take on a classic pickup truck. The chrome grill with black bumper, and matte black taillights and running boards finish off the exterior with style. A roll pan in the rear with recessed license plate holder smooths out the view from behind! A small block Chevy 350 V8 sits under the hood with aluminum air gap intake, Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor, HEI distributor, and mild cam. That peppy V8 is backed by a Turbo 350 3-speed automatic that is shifted on the floor for a hot rod feel. Power steering and power brakes make it a great cruiser, and A/C could easily be added to take it to the next level. Dual exhaust gives it a great rumble with turn downs by the rear axle. Inside you will find Corvette bucket seats with a custom center console, a stock dash fitted with aftermarket gauges, a tilt steering column with nice 3-spoke wood look steering wheel. The bed is nicely finished with wood and the fuel filler neck is in the bed floor. That's right, no more gas tank behind the seats. It has been relocated to under the bed for safety and so your passenger won't complain about fumes! That is one upgrade it is hard to live without in these trucks.
