Once you make the decision to resurrect an old-school muscle car using modern technology, there is a right way and several wrong ways to do it. But oftentimes, finding the right way means learning a few of those wrong ways first. Well, one look at this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro LS3 Restomod, and it's clear that this first-gen Pony Car was redone about as right as it gets. Fully repainted in this House of Kolor Candy Apple Red over Cinder Red Metallic exterior paint, white hockey stick-shaped side stripes complement the aggressive lines of this Camaro, polished Foose wheels, and a subtle yet suggestive dropped stance, along with the tastefully placed LS3 badges, suggest that this is a bit more than your father's muscle car.
Inside this beautiful beast, we find a clean, inviting custom White Calf Leather interior, complete with plush, supportive bucket seats separated by a center console, power windows, and air conditioning. A banjo-style Rosewood power-assisted steering wheel sits in front of a hybrid analog/digital Dakota Digital VHX dashboard, while a Pioneer AM/FM/CD/AUX/Bluetooth/Satellite head unit handles soundtrack duties to keep the vibe in sync with your emotions for wherever the road takes you.
Under that expansive hood, we find a bevy of chrome adorning a sweet 6.2-liter overhead valve LS3 crate V-8. With a lightweight aluminum block and heads, sequential-port fuel injection, a composite intake manifold, and high-flow injectors, this Gen IV small-block is capable of producing at least 426 horsepower and 420 pound-feet of torque. Tack on a mild performance cam, Hooker long-tube headers, and a true dual exhaust, and those numbers are undoubtedly a bit higher. Power is routed through a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission before being sent out to the 3.50-geared Posi rear.

Not only is this 1969 Chevrolet Camaro LS3 Restomod LSX built to be a boulevard bruiser, but unlike its original setup, this car is configured to tackle the twisties with the same alacrity as the dragstrip. Riding on a Heidts front and rear suspension that uses a power rack and pinion, tubular A-arms, subframe connectors, and a sway bar, this Camaro also gets a set of adjustable coilovers to help it stay glued to the pavement by way of a gorgeous set of Foose wheels. And when it comes time to pull the reins on all the gobs of power at your disposal, Wilwood power brakes are ready to clamp down and scrub off speed in no time, thanks to 11-inch rotors. So, if you've always wanted to do a restomod, but weren't sure which was the right way and which was the wrong way, don't worry, because this car is the embodiment of all the right ways. That means the only right move left for you is to call today!
