It isn’t pretty and it might just kill you but boy is it cool! This little Vega GT Hatchback is finished in Jet Black with a custom Split bumper front end and a set of 15 inch Weld Draglite big’s and little’s wrapped in a new set of Hoosier Quick Time Pro DOT drag tires hoping for a little traction. The exposed small block 350 V8 is bored out and has a set of Aluminum Vortec heads, Aluminum Air Gap intake, MSD Pro Billet distributor, 4 core radiator with added Transmission cooler, a twin turbo setup with a pair of Roto-Master Turbo’s forcing some air through a Holley dual feed Carburetor and of course a little Nitrous never hurts for an E ticket ride. Power gets transferred to the track (or street) through a Turbo 400 Automatic transmission followed by a narrowed 12 Bolt rear differential with Posi Taction and rear sway bar. The brakes are disc up front and drum in the rear with a non power dual master. The interior is what you would expect in a 1/4 mile car loaded with in dash Auto Meter gauges mounted in a custom stainless dash cluster, Pro Comp column mounted tachometer with shift light, padded roll cage just in case, a row of switches for necessary accessories, a floor mounted Hurst Pistol Grip Quarter Stick shifter, a set of comfortable Black headrest bucket seats with Simpson belts, rear mounted 15 Gallon fuel cell, Taylor battery box and of course a big Chrome Nitrous bottle! Recently Dyno tuned at 524 Horsepower and 611 Pounds of Turque which will surely scoot this 2200 pound car down the road and get your attention!
