This 1969 Chevrolet Corvette was initially delivered to Guaranty Chevrolet of San Diego. The car is finished in Monaco Orange with contrasting pinstripes, over black vinyl upholstery and is powered by a 350ci V8 mated to a three-speed automatic transmission and a Positraction differential. Additional equipment includes power windows, air conditioning, power-assisted brakes, fender louvers, 15 wheels with deluxe covers, an AM/FM radio, and a luggage rack. The car was awarded Top Flight recognition by the National Corvette Restorers Society in 2017, and the air-conditioning system was serviced under current ownership. This C3 Corvette is offered with an NCRS shipping data report, the aforementioned award, and a clean Illinois title.
Exterior: The car was ordered in Monaco Orange (990), and it is believed that the front end was repainted during prior ownership. Features include chrome bumpers, pop-up headlights, and louvered front fenders, along with a luggage rack, a fixed antenna, and polished dual exhaust outlets. Steel 15 wheels wear turbine-style covers and are mounted with Goodyear Speedway white-stripe tires. The car is equipped with power-assisted steering and four-wheel disc brakes.
Drivetrain: The 350ci V8 was factory rated at 300 horsepower and features a polished air cleaner lid and ignition system covers. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a TH400 three-speed automatic transmission and a Positraction differential.
