The car has been extensively and lovingly restored to original factory specifications, with photo report, invoices and original purchase invoice as proof. Under the hood is the powerful A-code Challenger Special 225 hp V8 with 4-venturi carburetor and reinforced valve lifters, coupled with a smooth-shifting 3-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. As a GT, this Mustang has various extras such as front disc brakes, sportier suspension, direct steering and a dual exhaust system with chromed tailpipes - all aimed at sportiness and experience.
