1956 JAGUAR MK 1 PROJECT CARS AND PARTS

1955-59 Jaguar MK1 Restoration Projects - Parts Cars and Parts The owner of these cars picked them up over 20 years ago, maybe more. They were and still are projects. The brown and cream colored MK1 is a Mexican market close ratio car and is pretty solid. Interior bits are still present and the floor while rusty is not rotted through. Same goes for most of the body. This car is on all 4 wheels and should roll out of the "barn". There is also a second MK1, the year of either is unknown. It has no interior, no engine but the transmission that was with that car comes with the lot. This one is pretty rough, but both are probably savable if that route is what you're looking for. This too is on wheels and should roll out of the barn. Or they can supply a lot of parts. There is pretty good glass in both and two extra rear windows. Also included in the lot is the close ratio 4 speed with overdrive, which was rebuilt at least ten years ago. There is a standard 4 speed transmission also with OD and a 3.55 limited slip, disc brake, splined hub rear axle that are part of this lot as well. Lastly, a 1964 MK2 3 1/2 litre DOHC inline 6 is included. The owner is cleaning up his barn and yard and trying to make room, so he wants everything gone as a lot and as such is willing to part with everything for a steal. $2000 will take everything! Generally just the engine or the close ratio/OD transmission will fetch those kind of numbers. He is not going to sell off individual parts. Any questions, for many more photos, to schedule a time to see in person, or to make an offer, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you for the interest.
