1988 CHEVROLET CAMARO IROC-Z CONVERTIBLE The 1st generation Camaro first arrived in dealerships in September of 66 as a 67 model on a brand new F body platform. It is now in its 6th generation and is still a top seller for Chevrolet. The 3rd generation was offered from 1982 through 1992. The IROC-Z (International Race of Champions) was first introduced in 1985 and continued through 1990. In 1987 the IROC-Z engine was upgraded to the L98 350ci 5.7L V8 and was only available with the 700R4 auto trans. 1987 was also the first year for the
