This 1965 Mustang is a loving tribute to a few unique models, the Shelby GT350 Hertz rental cars. The "Rent-a-Racer" program launched with Shelby and Hertz was largely successful. However, the companies had to discontinue it because repair expenses were too high and profit margins were relatively low. Hertz and Shelby have teamed up several times since then to release anniversary editions. Of course, very few have lived up to the expectations and fantasy of the original GT350H.
