I am offering this car For Sale for a friend's widow and is being sold directly to you by her, not thru my business. I have viewed the car and the description is my opinion only of the overall condition of the car. This mostly original 62 Ford Galaxie XL has been in Glendive, Montana since new with only four owners. It was repainted in the original red color several years ago. It still has nice gloss but has some imperfections. The seats were re-upholstored several years ago. The front drivers bucket seat needs to be redone again. The interior door & quarter panels show aging on the silver trim. It has been garaged for several years and well maintained. It has recently had a new aluminum radiator, electronic distributor, dual master cylinder system with front disc brakes, Edelbrock 1906 four barrel carb, and new fuel pump installed. There is a new red carpet set, and the rear window package shelf and door opening aluminum step plates in the trunk. The original steering wheel, missing the horn trim is in the trunk also. Original parts that were replaced are included in the Sale. Motor runs good and all mechanical seem to be in good driving condition. This will be a fun, dependable Sunday driver car that I would rate overall as driver quality.
