2013 CUSHMAN HIGHLANDER DELUXE This is a Retro Chic version of the popular 50’s Cushman Scooters. A Southern California Manufacturer called K-Jack decided to bring these back but with a more modern 400cc engine rated at 14 Horsepower and an automatic transmission.
