According to previous owner, Steve Swain, "I purchased this car from a guy in the San Francisco area. He had owned the car since 1975 and had a frame off restorations done to it in 1998. It has a numbers matching 396/325hp with a wide ratio 4 speed with a 3:08 posi rear." Steve subsequently had the car restored again in 2013 to meet current concours judging standards.
